Storage recommendations
Wrapped in plastic, it will keep at least two weeks in the refrigerator. Let stand at room
temperature for half an hour before serving.
Gourmet tip
As well as being ideal for "Raclette", this cheese is also perfectfor hot cheese dishes such as
Cordon Bleu, cheese on toast, cheese gratins, quiches, etc. Added to a cheese fondue, it
provides creaminess and helps the various cheeses to blend together.
